Welcome to tvaje's Terms & Conditions. This document governs the use of all tvaje platform services. By registering or using tvaje, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using tvaje.

To open an account and place bets on tvaje, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.

Tvaje complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. As a result, KYC verification is required before processing withdrawals above a certain amount.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. If the submitted documents are inaccurate, tvaje may request additional information. Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC is complete, though betting can continue in the meantime.

Tvaje supports all major mobile banking services and bank transfers available in Bangladesh. The key terms for deposits and withdrawals are outlined below:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing from another person's account may result in withdrawal restrictions.
• Successful deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact our support team.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours. VIP members receive priority processing on all withdrawal requests.
• For large withdrawals, tvaje may require additional time for verification.
• Tvaje does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

The following rules apply to all betting on tvaje — including Sports, Live In-Play, and Virtual Games:

• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled unless tvaje specifically provides that option.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳20 BDT. The maximum bet limit varies depending on the market and your account level.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Tvaje's odds may change at any time. The odds at the time of placing your bet are final.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a system error, tvaje reserves the right to void that bet.
• Attempting to exploit the system through multiple bets is strictly prohibited.

Tvaje is not liable for delayed bets caused by internet connectivity issues during live betting. Always use a stable connection.

Tvaje regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, but some general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement (WR) specified separately. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the WR is met.
• The welcome bonus is exclusively for new users who have never previously registered an account on tvaje.
• The same person may not claim the same bonus more than once. Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Tvaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If tvaje suspects bonus abuse, it may investigate and cancel the bonus if necessary.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tvaje. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension:

• Depositing funds through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Misconduct or threatening behavior toward tvaje staff.
• Participating in match fixing or any other fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to hack any tvaje system or software.
• Defrauding other users or stealing their account credentials.

Tvaje may report any involvement in prohibited activities to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Tvaje believes betting should be a source of entertainment, not financial hardship. That's why we are fully committed to responsible betting.

• Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You can temporarily deactivate your account for a set period using the self-exclusion feature.
• If you notice signs of betting addiction, tvaje's support team is ready to help.
• Parents can request account restrictions to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

Tvaje may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
